We’re all for being fit and eating healthily at HOH, even though, admittedly, it’s easier said than done. Especially at this time of year, we’re all guilty of the occasional mid-week treat – our treat of choice is fish and chips, from the chippie round the corner – so what better time to set new fitness goals to help us get through the week, cheat-free.

Each week, we’re going to show you our favourite gym clothes, workouts, snacks, recipes and more to keep you motivated and help you get to that next goal.

Gina, Henry’s PA, (have a look at last Wednesday’s post to see what she shopped from Resort) has signed up to run a half marathon in October. She’ll be writing a diary on her training routine and how she’s getting marathon fit.

And Henry will be running the Nike ‘We Own The Night’ 10k run in May and the London Marathon next year so stay with us to find out how his training goes.
