Each season, our sales team goes off to Paris to meet with buyers from stores all around the world to show them the newest collection.

They’ve just arrived back from another trip to the city of romance so we thought we’d tell you about their top 3 restaurants they dine at every time they go.

First of all, Les Vitelloni. This authentic Parisienne bistro serves up some of the best Italian and Mediterranean food the city has to offer. Head Chef Pietro Fraone keeps the menu simple and classic. For mains, he serves up a selection of all-time favourites such as grilled calamari and rocket salad and linguine with tomato and basil. For starters you will find bruschetta and grilled vegetables with buffalo mozzarella and for dessert they offer Italian favourites, tiramisu and panna cotta. Sounds boring but what makes these dishes sing is the quality of ingredients and skilled food preparation.

Anahi is somewhere you’ll always want to return to. For those not a budget, and big into meat and Argentinian cooking, you won’t want to miss it. Their star dishes are the empanadas, guacamole and corn gratin for starters and the pork ribs, pork ragout and steak for mains.

Finally, Chez Janou could not go without a mention. They are not about ponce and presentation here, it’s all about flavour. Chez Janou is a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike with its fail-safe menu of great seafood, grilled meats, cream-laden risottos and heavenly desserts. It’s also not just about the food here. The location – on a quiet, pretty corner with a terrace for al fresco dining/drinking – attracts good looking people who want to have fun. And fun is something your certain to have.
