We haven’t seen tracksuits being worn (acceptably) on the streets since the late nineties but it’s evident that they are well and truly back.

The trend was preceded by the rise of trainers worn for everything but sport, and now every celebrity, stylist and blogger worth their salt has been spotted in one. After all, who doesn’t love a trend which conveniently straddles both loungewear and streetwear? We predict it’ll be around for a little while yet.

There is a sweatshirt and sweatpants combo to suit all budgets; Adidas and Topshop are doing them on the high street whereas Mother of Pearl, Marc by Marc Jacobs and our very own brand, House of Holland, are catering to the higher end of the market. There really is no excuse not to buy into this trend.

We dipped our toe into the trend with our patchwork print tracksuit for the Resort 14 collection but it was SS14 where we dove straight in.

Two of our SS14 key prints – leopard and tropical dove – were used for two tracksuits consisting of a loose sweatshirt and sweatpants with waist tie.

What’s more is the Resort Patchwork tracksuit is on sale! What are you waiting for? Shop now before it’s all gone!
