I’m sure we’re not the only ones that love nothing more than a lazy Sunday morning in front of the TV, and last Sunday there was no better excuse; our very own Anna Barnett was a guest chef on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.

She was invited on to talk about her latest projects – a recipe book and new café/restaurant Mare & Beck – and cook the Tunisian dish, Shakshuka. The dish is a tasty veggie brunch option with plenty of veg, eggs and feta cheese on a soft tortilla.
