INSPIRED BY YELLOW
The brightest colour on the spectrum, yellow represents happiness and optimism - Something needed whenever we decide to head into the kitchen! This simple recipe is sure to impress, not only with its flavour but with its presentation too.

1. Prepare ingredients as noted and arrange tomatoes neatly on a plate, in a small round.
2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan and add in the sundried tomato paste, sumac, chilli and seasoning. Cook over a medium heat for a minute or two then allow to cool.
3. Once cool drizzle over the tomatoes, scatter over the butterfly sorrel leaves and finely sliced kaffir lime leaf then add lime zest and a little extra seasoning.
4. Serve with a selection of sourdough bread.
