Returns can be made within the 28 days of receipt for a refund of an item. Exchanges can be made for different colours or sizes provided they are in stock. 

Please note that in the interest of hygiene, tights, underwear, swimwear, earrings cannot be returned.

Sunglasses in the sale may not be returned and refunded in any circumstance. 

Prescription Glasses are sold through Glasses Direct, all refund, return questions are to be sent to Glasses Direct only.

In all cases the items that are being returned should be in their original condition, which should include tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected once returned.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach House of Holland. Please ensure items are packaged correctly, to prevent any damage in transit. We are not responsible for an items that are damaged once returned. 

Returns are processed within 3-4 working days of receipt. 

Refunds are issued for the price of the good sold. 

Refund doesn’t include costs of return postage.
